At Penrose Academy we emphasize business skills development as well as technical training to give our students a competitive edge when entering the beauty industry as a licensed professional.

What keeps your team motivated to carry out this mission?

You either believe in education or you don’t. My team MUST believe in it or they can’t work here. So for motivation, they just have to look into our student’s eyes and see how they can make a difference. Being around students is motivating in and of itself. They are pretty magical.

Where would you like to see your Academy in the next ten years?

I think I can answer where I can see myself in 10 days but probably I don’t have a crystal ball for 10 years. Ha! In 10 days we will be starting a renovation of our 20,000 square foot campus and it will be awesome! In 10 years, I hope to have my exact same team with me. Faculty and staff retention is a priority for Penrose Academy.

Favorite Comfort Zone product you can’t live without?

I currently am pretty in love with new /skin regimen/ 1.5 Retinol Booster.
