Adapting our offices and stores to DIGITAL FORMATS has successfully reduced the amount of paper waste

Beyond sustainability initiatives, we also support and participate in organizations that do good. We are proud to be personally involved with the following organizations:

A community led nonprofit membership organization with Members and a Board of Directors representing licensed professionals, salons, manufacturers, distributors, schools, and students that exists to elevate, unite and serve the beauty industry and the professionals who improve people’s lives. Both Sydney and George serve as members of the PBA in different capacities: Sydney as President of the Distributor Council, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, member of the Governing Council; George as part of the Distributor Benchmarking Survey Taskforce.

A community based nonprofit empowering and educating women through breast cancer prevention, detection and treatment, committed to finding a cure.

Located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Justice and Soul empowers trafficked and at-risk young women and men to become confident and self-sufficient individuals through professional training in cosmetology. Sydney currently serves as an adviser to the nonprofit.

The first and only national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients afford and learn more about scalp cooling, a treatment that can dramatically reduce chemotherapy induced hair loss.
