1. What is Big City Brows & Beauty Spa’s point of difference?

When you walk through the doors of Big City Brows & Beauty Spa, you go from being a client to becoming a friend. “Having been a single mom, I understands how stressful that time is for moms and how all moms, especially ones who don’t have a partner, don’t take time for themselves. This is why I feel so passionate about giving single moms a well-deserved day of pampering.” It should be noted that Vanessa’s focus is moving towards single parents of special needs children.

2. What could other salons learn from them or take away from Big City Brows & Beauty Spa to do in their own business?

Catering to client’s needs in the most exceptional way while maintaining a warm and inviting environment creates trust, ensures clients will come back time and time again.

3. What’s new with Big City Brows & Beauty Spa?
